Meet the Maker

Aurelia Jewels is owned by Han Vincent (she/they), a 25-year-old queer creator based just outside of Pittsburgh.

Inspired by a love of antiquity, clutter, media, and her own grandma Evelyn, Aurelia Jewels offers rings, necklaces, and earrings made with real gemstones, vintage charms, and Czech glass.

Policies and FAQs

Return and Exchange Policy: To keep down costs and uphold sanitary standards, I do not take returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please fill out the contact form below or email me at shopaureliajewels@gmail.com to work something out! Please reach out within 30 days of purchase.

Processing Time: As this is a one-woman business, please allow up to 5 business days to process your order, and up to 21 days to process your custom order. Custom order timelines will be communicated in advance. Processing times is not included in shipping time and vice verse.

Shipping Times: I only ship via USPS. At Checkout, you can choose from Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or Ground Advantage. Each of these options has different delivery estimations, which are listed in checkout. Expedited shipping does not equal expedited processing! For orders to Canada, select USPS Priority Mail to Canada. If you live in another part of the world, please select Worldwide Shipping. Delivery times for Canadian and Worldwide orders varies, and even estimated times for US orders can be delayed. These delays are unfortunately out of my control. I am unable to refund any shipping on items that did not arrive on time. Please be sure to order your items in advance of when they’re needed to give some time for delays!

Worldwide Shipping: Worldwide shipping is a flat $20 rate and shipping time varies. Many times when orders are shipped overseas, especially in Europe, customs need to be paid on arrival of the package. Please note this before placing an order! Payments of customs duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

If your package wasn’t delivered: If you received a tracking number from me but did not receive your package, please reach out to your local USPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any delayed deliveries once the packages are in the hands of USPS. If the package was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please again reach out to your local USPS. I am unfortunately unable to inquire about your package after it has been scanned by USPS. I cannot replace any packages that are marked as delivered but lost. You are also able to open up a missing mail claim with USPS. I’ve used this service before and they’ve been able to find my package!

Damage in Transit: If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out to me ASAP with images of the damage. I am happy to send a replacement, fix the item, or issue a refund only if the item was damaged due to insufficient protection of the item in its parcel. Nonetheless, if your package is damaged, but the contents are not lost, please reach out and I’m happy to either send a replacement, fix the item, or issue a refund!

Wrong Address: Please let me know ASAP via the contact form below if you put the wrong address in for your order and I’m happy to adjust! Just make sure you do it quickly, before the item is shipped. If the item is shipped to the wrong address but returns to me, I will try re-shipping to the correct address!

Repairs: If an item breaks due to normal wear and tear, please reach out to me via the contact form below and I will be happy to repair the item for you. Please note this is only valid for normal wear and tear - not if the item was not taken care of properly. I will cover the shipping cost of this as well!
